The Elite Endurance Pro Factory is a New Jersey based off-road cycling team dedicated to developing elite women and U23 racers with the ending objective of graduating riders to higher level teams that compete in national and international level competition.

We are currently NJ’s only women’s/U23 mountain bike racing team and are home to the 2016 Pro Men’s Mountain Bike and Cyclocross State Champion, Nick Lando.

The team is also home to Jessica Robinson and Sammy Hedlund who are very strong racers in both the Women’s and U23 categories. In 2016, Elite Endurance Pro Factory was home to Laura Slavin who has gained enough UCI points for World Cup qualification and since then, has graduated from the proven developmental program.

The team is directed by head coach and CEO of Elite Endurance Training Systems, Kenneth Lundgren. The Elite Endurance Pro Factory represent two very important demographics in cycling: U23 and women’s racing.

The Elite Endurance Pro Factory seeks to help grow these areas of cycling to provide a place for up and coming amateur racers to hone their skills and get exposure to the world of professional racing. Through relationships with our sponsors we hope to give all of our racers the tools and resources needed to compete at higher levels. By doing so, we hope to lead by example, showing amateur racers what is possible and encouraging their continued participation in the sport of cycling while concurrently inspiring youth and women to pick up the sport of mountain biking.
