Funny Racing Memory: “Hmmm, maybe I’m taking all this too seriously? Can’t think of any funny racing memories.”

Greatest Racing Moment: “Finishing 2nd at Limestone ¾ field in 2012. Super challenging conditions, rain, mud. I hadn’t planned on going but decided at the last minute to make the trip. Pushed super hard out of the gate, came back from a crash, and held a big lead over 3rd place.”

Most Painful Moment In Life: “A dear, dear friend of mine died in a plane crash. He was a really courageous and kind person, who everyone looked up to, and wanted to be like. He was also someone who I figured we would be raising our kids together, sharing laughs together in the retirement home. I still miss him, every day.”

Worst Injury from Racing: “I crashed on my face at MTB nationals in 2012. I was going way too fast, and was more fatigued than I admitted to myself. No serious damage done, though, other than to my pride.”
