At Elite Endurance we believe that the training system is never predetermined and the training stress must change as the athlete changes.

Training programs are not formulas, they are not pre-written templates. We generate constantly evolving profiles for each and every athlete that trains with us, 100% custom.

Coach Kenneth Lundgren has been fine-tuning this way of doing things for over a decade, focusing on power-based training tailored specifically for each individual he trains. Everyone is different, one size does not fit all.

Based on power curve, biorhythms, and lifestyle-assessment we can fully understand how to create a personal system patterned for maximal success.

LEVEL 1 | POWER TRAINING PLUS
  • Includes all training metrics: power, heartrate, cadence, etc.
  • In-depth file analysis is performed daily.
  • Power/Heartrate/Cadence targets are incorporated into workouts/training plans.
  • Clients receive as many schedule revisions per week as needed.
  • Off-bike strength-work, plyometrics, and core are incorporated into the training program as relevant.
  • Power is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and power data.
  • Discounted Bike Lab bike fits & BioTesting testing services.

LEVEL 2 | INTRO TO POWER
  • Includes custom, individualized training program.
  • Power targets are incorporated into workouts/training program.
  • Workout-file analysis and athlete feedback is given on a weekly basis.
  • Power is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and power data.
  • Emergency schedule revisions are provided as needed.

LEVEL 3 | INTRO TO HR
  • Athlete receives custom, individualized training program.
  • Heart-rate targets are incorporated into workouts/training program.
  • Heart-rate is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and training data.
  • Data analysis and athlete feedback is provided on a weekly basis.
  • Emergency revisions provided as needed.

TRIATHLON
  • Custom triathlon schedules are created each week by Kenneth Lundgren.
  • In-depth file analysis is done multiple times per week.
  • Encompasses workouts for all three disciplines: bike/swim/run.
  • Email-review is daily and feedback is provided as needed.

Starting at $150/month*

ELITE
  • Athletes receive a fully customized, individual training program.
  • All training metrics (PWR/HR/CAD) are incorporated into workouts/training program.
  • In-depth workout file analysis is performed on a daily basis.
  • Feedback is quick and constant — ELITE athletes receive unlimited phone and email communication with Coach Lundgren.
  • Power is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and power data.
  • Off-bike strength work, core, and plyometrics are incorporated into the training program as relevant.
  • ELITE clients are given a full, personalized WKO+ profile.
  • Custom charts and graphs demonstrating progress and form are provided to athlete during quarterly evaluations with Coach Lundgren.
  • ELITE clients are entitled to two complimentary bike fit sessions (2 bikes).
  • ELITE athletes are entitled to optional bi-monthly one-on-one sessions with Kenneth Lundgren on their bike of choice.
