Training programs are not formulas, they are not pre-written templates. We generate constantly evolving profiles for each and every athlete that trains with us, 100% custom to the individual.

Maximum Velocity Profile | LEVEL 1
  • Level-1 athletes receive one phone call per week with Coach Lundgren and unlimited email correspondence.
  • Athlete data is analyzed daily by Associate Coach Slavin.
  • Power-based workouts are incorporated into training plans.
  • Schedules are revised as often as needed.
  • Off-bike strength and agility protocol is designed by Speedcenter coach Sean Pasieka and Kenneth Lundgren, developing personal gym, core, and non-endurance workouts to find an ideal training system.
  • Power is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and power data.
  • Discounted Bike Lab bike fits & BioTesting testing services.

Maximum Velocity Profile | LEVEL 2
  • Personal schedules are created each week by Kenneth Lundgren.
  • Elite Endurance data review and workout-file analysis are performed multiple times per week by Associate Coach Slavin.
  • Power-based workouts are incorporated into training plans.
  • Power is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and power data.
  • Detailed feedback and updates are provided as needed via email by Coach Lundgren.

Maximum Velocity Profile | LEVEL 3
  • Personal schedules are created each week by Elite Endurance Training Systems.
  • Level 3 workouts include heart-rate zones.
  • Heart-rate is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and training data.
  • Data analysis is done weekly by Associate Coach Slavin.
  • Training feedback is provided weekly via email by Coach Lundgren.

Maximum Velocity Profile | TRIATHLON
  • Custom triathlon schedules are created each week by Kenneth Lundgren.
  • Email-review is daily and feedback is provided as needed.

Maximum Velocity Profile | ELITE
  • Athlete data is personally analyzed daily by Kenneth Lundgren.
  • Schedule revisions are as often as necessary. Feedback by Coach Lundgren is immediate – Elite athletes receive unlimited phone and email communication.
  • PowerCadence protocol is used for all workouts.
  • Power-based workouts are incorporated into training plans.
  • Power is tracked meticulously in Elite Endurance’s proprietary cloud system, allowing for constant update to each athlete’s profile and power data.
  • Weekly athlete schedules are personally handtyped by Coach Lundgren on the Monday of the coming week – VIP attention and VIP schedule production.
  • Off-bike strength and agility protocol is designed by Speedcenter coach Sean Pasieka in tandem with Coach Lundgren, developing personal gym, core, and non-endurance workouts to find an ideal training system.
  • Full profile is created using WKO+ for each ELITE Level athlete. Custom charts and graphs are provided to athlete during quarterly evaluations.
  • Elite level athletes receive unlimited phone communication with Coach Lundgren.
  • Elite level provides TWO FREE BIKE-FIT SESSIONS and discounted BioTesting testing services.
  • Elite athletes receive optional monthly workouts in-person with Kenneth Lundgren.
