12/17: WINTER WORLDS CX | Holster Park, Clifton NJ

Fight Club + Nationals prep = Winter Worlds. Practice will start at 10:00am Saturday December 17th. Location is Holster Park in Clifton, NJ. We will start with skills drills and performance exercises and progress to race heats and tempo laps, finishing with intervals and Starts. Weather is looking epic and white.
