11/28 Sat: EE PALISADES MTB RIDE | Englewood, NJ
This Saturday morning, Coach Kenneth Lundgren and Lupus Racing Team star cyclist Gavriel Epstein will lead an open mountain bike group ride from the Radical Velo bike shop in Englewood NJ, just minutes downhill from GWB.
Radical Velo address: 15 S Dean St, Englewood NJ. WHEELS DOWN: 8:30am.
Riders can also meet @ End of Anderson trailhead in Closter @ 9am.
Terrain is varied and includes some technical sections. This is a no-drop ride, aerobic pace, all skill levels are welcome to join! Ride time will be approximately 3h but can vary depending on group. 11/12 Sat: THE ROCKET RIDE | Nyack, NY
This Sunday, Coach Lundgren will be attending The Rocket Ride. Ride departs from downtown Nyack at 9:15am and rolls south through Piermont down Piermont Road. The ride is excellent pack-riding experience and preparation for any competitive cyclist.
After the finish and food at the Runcible Spoon, Lundgren will lead a tempo paceline back to the GWB, completing a solid day of riding.
