Elite Endurance Training Systems offers personalized, specific training programs for endurance athletes of all levels.
Elite Endurance employs a head coach, an MVP data analyst, an in-house DietRX counselor, a Speedcenter strength & conditioning staff, three MTB Academy professional instructors, a Touring Training Camp team, and an executive manager.
Kenneth Lundgren and the Elite Endurance staff coach many of the nation’s most successful road, TT, MTB & cyclocross athletes, as well as coaching successful triathletes in Sprint, Olympic, 70.3, & 140.6 distances. Elite Endurance coach athletes in Germany, Japan, New Zealand, and India.
Located on a wooded 4-acre campus in Riverdale New JerseyJ, the Elite Endurance headquarters hosts the company office, the Speedcenter gym, yoga, & spin studio, the Bike Lab fitting & testing facility, plus a full cyclocross & mountain bike training course on the property.
Kenneth Lundgren and the Elite Endurance Academy produce rides and events all year. Aside from private lessons and sessions with the staff, group road rides leave from the campus year-round. The MTB Academy runs mountain bike training rides and workshops all season. Touring Training Camps for road, mountain bike, and triathlon are run every winter. The Elite Endurance TOUR DE FRANCE happens every summer. Sean Pasieka & Kenneth Lundgren direct and run North Jersey’s largest Wednesday Worlds cyclocross practices beginning in August and continuing to the end of every cyclocross season.
